Rob is the co-founder, director and producer of Hazardous Journey Productions.

He is also the founder of Project Wildman, established to help men learn how to communicate more effectively in their daily lives, reduce anger, anxiety and depression.  During this time he wrote the book 'Men Wanted For Hazardous Journey', an insightful look at this topic and questioning of the current model of manhood.

In 2014 , following a hitchhiking tour with a fridge across New Zealand, to raise awareness of the issues covered in his book, Rob gave a TEDx talk with the same name, 'Men Wanted For Hazardous Journey'.

In early 2016, Rob once again took his hitchhiking thumb and fridge and travelled from San Fransisco to New York.

From then he turned his focus to parenting and established Project Wild Dad, helping parents navigate parenthood through short, educational and funny videos, in addition to the work currently being undertaken with Hazardous Journey Productions.

Zareen is the co-founder and producer of Hazardous Journey Productions.

She is also a speaker, author and educator in emotional resilience and understanding trauma.  She recently published her first book 'The Tiny Life Guru', and small insightful guide to some of the qualities and reflections that can help build that resilience.   Zareen holds a qualification in trauma management, is a qualified life coach and is undertaking a psychology degree.

In addition to her study and research, Zareen has worked with a diverse range of people, including some of the wealthiest people in the world, Department of Corrections psychologists, litigation lawyers, terminally ill cancer patients and addicts.

At the moment she is focusing on the current work being undertaken, with her husband Rob, for Hazardous Journey Productions.

Rob and Zareen are a blended family with four children between them aged ten to sixteen.  Two years ago they had been researching the pros and cons of children having handheld devices.  Their research led them to some shocking discoveries, in particular, around children's exposure to online pornography and predators.

They discovered that children, from all walks of life and from very young ages, are accessing pornography either by accident, through curiosity or by being shown it by other children.  At home, at school, during playdates, and in other places with access to free WiFi.  The exposure is causing a multitude of issues for different age groups.

And it's not just what our children seeing online, but also who is seeing them; the online world of predators.

The more they spoke to parents and tried to find easy to follow, practical solutions, they more they realised the extent overwhelm and confusion like their own.

So they decided to continue their research, spend time with, talk to and interview experts, professionals, organisations and communities in New Zealand, the USA and Australia.  In April 2020 they released their documentary 'Our Kids Online: Porn, Predators and How to Keep Them Safe' as a tool to help parents understanding the world our kids are living in and show them those badly needed practical solutions.

In addition to the documentary, they have created this website to collate different resources they have come across doing their work so far, and provide these to parents in a one-stop shop.
