NZ Digital Harms Survey
Following the publishing of our 'Online Safety Survey' report in March 2025, Our Kids Online recently created the 'NZ Digital Harms Survey' to gather even more in-depth quantitative and qualitative insights about the online harms experienced by children and young people under 18 in New Zealand.
Your input will help us show the New Zealand Government the real impacts happening in homes, schools, and communities across the country as they assess how to better protect children and young people.

To ensure we gather the most relevant and meaningful insights, we have created three versions of the same survey, each tailored to a specific group:

-
Victims/Survivors – For individuals with lived direct experience with harms that occurred before they were 18 years old.
-
Parents & Caregivers – For those caring for children or young people who have been harmed.
-
Professionals – For those who have worked in a professional capacity with children or young people exposed to harm (e.g., teachers, social workers, healthcare providers).

By offering these tailored surveys, we aim to capture diverse voices and experiences, helping us better understand the needs and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Each survey takes less than ten minutes to complete.
Please select the survey that best reflects your role or experience:
